What is Innerintensive?

What is Innerintensive?

A grounded, hands-on moment of guided, experiential practice

Innerintensive is a 9-week online journey into the ideas, practices and experiences that shape Dreamwave.

We explore the body, nervous system, sound, perception, emotions, patterns, transformation, and the ways we relate to ourselves, others and the world around us.

Learning happens through teaching, conversation, guided experiences, personal practice and shared exploration.

What can this learning change in your everyday life?

Notice your body and nervous system

Become more aware of sensations, engagement, rest and shifts in your internal state.

Understand your patterns

Recognize familiar responses and begin to see how they shape the way you meet situations, people and change.

Explore emotions and perception

Notice how emotions live in the body and influence what you perceive, focus on and make meaning from.

Recognize rhythms and attention

Become more aware of changing rhythms of energy, attention, rest and engagement.

Understand how change happens

Explore how familiar patterns can shift, reorganize and evolve through experience.

Bring this awareness into relationship

Notice how our bodies, perceptions and responses are shaped through our relationships with others and our environment.

Different ways in

Who is Innerintensive for?

Innerintensive weaves together experience, inquiry and science-informed perspectives. People join with different backgrounds and intentions: to know themselves more deeply, learn the foundations of Dreamwave, enrich their work, step into facilitation, or, as facilitators, grow into training others.

  1. Connect with your
    own experience

For anyone who simply wants to explore their own body, nervous system, patterns, perception and emotions more deeply.

  2. Understand the
    foundations

Explore the ideas, practices and science-informed perspectives that shape Dreamwave, from the nervous system to consciousness and change.

  3. Explore
    facilitation

For those drawn to working with people and developing the capacity to notice, sense, respond and hold space, whether with family and friends, your community or a professional path.

  4. Bring it into
    your work

For practitioners who want to bring Dreamwave into the spaces they already hold, from healthcare and recovery to education, psychology, coaching, organizations and community work.

A place to begin

Previous experience with Dreamwave can be one point of connection; curiosity and a willingness to explore your own experience can be another.

Space to unlearn to learn.

Space to deconstruct to reconstruct.

Learning to hold space

To learn to hold space for others, we begin by learning to hold space for ourselves.

Innerintensive begins with your own experience. Through teaching, guided exploration and personal practice, you learn to notice, sense and understand what is happening within you, in the body, nervous system, emotions and patterns.

Relationship

As these capacities develop, you begin to bring them into relationship, learning to observe what is happening, sense what emerges and respond with presence and care.

This is where learning to hold space for others begins.
