innerdance immersive training
A four-day experiential immersion in presence, facilitation, and embodied listening. An intimate space to deepen your relationship to innerdance - within yourself and in the spaces you hold.
Available for the first 8 participants and for those who have previously studied with us.
An immersive innerdance training
This four-day innerdance training is an experiential, practice-based immersion.
Over these days, we enter innerdance as a living space, one that can be felt, observed, reflected upon, and integrated. The journey moves between direct experience and shared inquiry, allowing insight to emerge from what is actually happening in the body and in the space between us.
Innerdance is approached through multiple lenses: nervous system awareness, perception, brain and body connection, relational dynamics, and the questions of consciousness that naturally arise through the process. We explore the many domains that holds the process, based on science and theories.
Participants deepen their own process while developing clarity in how they understand and hold the space.
The immersive training is open to those encountering innerdance for the first time, as well as to those who have been practicing and wish to refine their depth and articulation.

Who it's for?
This immersion is for those who feel drawn to engage with their own process through innerdance.
It welcomes both people discovering the practice and those who have been walking with it for some time. What connects the group is not experience, but a shared curiosity, a desire to explore lived experience alongside understanding, to let the mind stretch through knowledge while staying rooted in the body.
You may be a facilitator, therapist, coach, artist, bodyworker, or simply someone interested in consciousness, perception, and the intelligence of the nervous system.
The immersion invites presence, reflection, and active participation within a shared learning space.
Meet your facilitators
Rooted in presence, awareness, and curiosity, Ahilan and Fanny have been walking the path of Innerdance since 2017.
Over the years, they have witnessed how each training unfolds in its own way, shaped by the group, the environment, and the depth each participant brings. Their approach weaves embodied experience with inquiry, creating space for both transformation and understanding.
As trainers, they hold the container with attentiveness and care, inviting reflection, dialogue, and active participation. Their facilitation emphasizes clarity, relational intelligence, and the responsibility that comes with holding space.
