About the training
Experience and understanding, in dialogue
Over three days, we explore innerdance not only as an experiential practice, but as a field of consciousness that can be studied, understood, and integrated. The training weaves together:
guided innerdance journeys
neuroscience of the nervous system, brain states, and regulation
psychology of perception, development, and integration
philosophical and spiritual perspectives on consciousness, identity, and meaning
Rather than separating theory and practice, knowledge is offered in dialogue with lived experience. Concepts from neuroscience, psychology, and philosophy are directly linked to what is felt, perceived, and moved during innerdance sessions.
This allows participants to both experience consciousness and develop a language to understand it, supporting integration, clarity, and depth.

Ahilan and Sofie have been holding trainings together since 2024. Both are part of the global innerdance community and support trainings and learning spaces across Europe.
